We value our customers and respect your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online.

Orders & Shipping

The charges for shipping & handling to destinations in the United States & Canada are:

Shipping for software is at a fixed rate of $3.00 when ordered on CD. Downloaded software has no shipping charges.

Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

International orders (excepting Canada as stated above) will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee. Excess shipping fees will be refunded ot the customer after shipment has taken place. This saves us paypal fees and time so we can get you your order quicker. If your order requires more than $10 to ship, we will contact you prior to shipping to get additional fees paid.

Return Policy

Contact the Knit Foundry prior to sending back merchandise for instructions. You can send email to orders@knitfoundry.com
Return must be made within 30 days of original order date
Items must be in resaleable condition
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
There is a Restocking fee of 15%

Absolutely no refunds are given for patterns purchased for download once the download has occured.

Software Refund/Return policy:
It is imperative that you download and install/try the free demo. This is provided for you to test the software installation process before you buy to make sure the software will work on your system. If you have any questions about a feature in our software, please contact us prior to puchase.

Refunds for software purchased on CD will only be given if the CD is proven to be defective. You must contact us prior to sending anything back for refund to receive instructions.
